With his distinctive voice and elegant style, Chicago favorite BRADFORD NEWQUIST has won a legion of fans at theaters, concert halls and clubs across the country and around the world. Bradford has thrilled audiences with his own arrangements of big band standards, jazz, pop and Broadway for nearly four decades. The demand for his winning combination of charming stage manner and smooth voice has taken him around the world as a headliner on eight cruise ship tours, including the SS Rotterdam Silver Anniversary World Cruise and to a solo concert in Melbourne, AUSTRALIA.


Here in the United States, he has won the acclaim of audiences at numerous venues including the Sunshine Dinner Playhouse, Herrin Civic Center, Rockford Park District's Music in the Park program, SummerWind in Norman, Oklahoma, attracting an audience of 5,000, and the Arlington Heights International Showcase Series. In Chicago, Bradford has performed in concert at Chicago Symphony Center's glamorous Grainger Ballroom, Toulouse on the Park, Maxim’s, the Moulin Rouge in the Fairmont Hotel, Marchesa, for many Chicago area Public Libraries and the Chicago Office of Tourism.

Bradford recently release his 4th solo album, QUIET NIGHTS, which was featured on WGN9's Daytime Chicago and NBC5's Chicago Today.  His exciting collection of Cole Porter is also the title of Bradford's solo debut album which was featured on both The Sunday Papers with Rick Kogan and the Jan Coleman Show, WGN Radio. 


In addition to performing at theaters, concert halls and clubs throughout Chicago, Bradford was Lead Male Vocalist for Chicago's well known Stanley Paul Orchestra for 13 years.  Bradford is currently a vocalist with the City Lights Orchestra and leads the William Underwood Quartet.  Among the many distinctive celebrities and dignitaries he has sung for are John Travolta, Michael Douglas, Kathleen Turner, Jamie Lee Curtis, Barbra Eden, Paul Harvey, Illinois Governor George Ryan, Neil Sedaka, Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, Cardinal Bernadin and Muhammed Ali.


Bradford received his degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Oklahoma.  His training, energy and musical gifts combine to make Bradford a certain hit with audiences of all ages.
